Description : Due to case sensitivity on queue programming in YourSite Explorer, in environments with multiple Front End Servers, when a queue was changed a Provisioner.Contact Center for Microsoft Lync - Provisioner deletes a valid queue on audit cycle if case does not match.Resolution Notes : ACD routing algorithms were updated to ensure that agents on outbound non- ACD calls are not presented with ACD calls. Description :At times, agents on outbound non- ACD calls were being presented ACD calls.Contact Center for Microsoft Lync - ACD offered while on outbound Non- ACD call.Resolution Notes :Changes were made to ensure that calls ending in voicemail inboxes do not cause ACD agent states to display incorrectly in Lync and Ignite.
